With thoughtful gestures like surprise gifts. The gardens exude tranquility and beauty, although the breakfast options could vary more. I can't wait to return to this good place.

Nice place to visit in Udaipur, if compared to other hotels. Very central location was a plus. You could walk to a market and shops. We ate in the very nice restaurant with same menu which was reasonably priced. We had a garden view and an ironing set and a coffeemaker.

The staff was cute, especially the front desk team who upgraded our room. Having our dog with us was easy, and the service made it so comfortable.
My wife says that some kid-friendly activities could be improved.

Family with children deserve this experience
The staff was attentive, especially this one waiter who made sure our kids had everything they needed. And the activities for the kids, like pottery, kept them entertained while we relaxed nearby.
Yeah it wasn't exactly cheap but honestly, worth every penny.

The most valuable thing at the hotel are their employees. They provided us a very high standard of service which made our stay enjoyable.
After spending two nights in the hotel, all comments I could give are positive. We did not faced any issues along our stay.

The food blew my mind! The freshly made masala tea and the good soups were lovely, turning breakfast into a festival of flavors. The restaurant vibe was cozy, and the room service was spot-on. The staff are absolute gems, always cute with warm smiles and attentive service! Lastly, the spa is a slice of heaven-don't skip it!
Now, I'll keep it real-some rooms had a touch of mustiness, but honestly, the comfy beds and solid AC more than made up for it.

Very quiet, clean and relaxing, plus only place in India I've found where they filter the water so that you can drink the water and save on plastic bottles. They heat the outdoor swimming pool so it's still useable in December. Gym has good quality machines
A bit further out of the city, but this makes it peaceful and means it has huge gardens, kids' club etc

Perfect hotel, staff were cooperative and the location was incredible to reach the restaurant. The room was nice cozy and beautifully maintained with a sorry card and I loved the elegant-style building. The offered breakfast was good hot with a good spread.
